For your peace of mind, Sleep Express offers 5 year warranty on selected mattresses and divans. Sleepexpress will repair or replace, free of charge, any product that becomes defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship within that period.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the warranty period,
Sleep Express will require the pieces of information listed below:
• Product name and size
• Date and proof of purchase
• Description of complaint
The warranty will cease to apply if:
• The product is found to have been mistreated or damaged.
• The product has not been maintained in accordance with the care instructions supplied. This includes mattresses being turned or rotated on a regular basis if applicable.
• Any mattress under complaint has been used with a damaged divan or a divan that is deemed to be of unsuitable quality.
• The mattress has been used on a slatted base with slats more than 2.5" (6cm) apart. Following replacement or repair, the warranty will remain valid from the date of original purchase.
Sleep Express reserves the right to substitute alternative materials if the original is no longer available. Sleep Express unfortunately cannot undertake to match other items not under complaint with any substitute fabric used on a replaced item.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
