Returns

We hope that you will be satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unwanted Goods

If the goods are returned in its original condition within 3 days of the date the goods are received, monies will be refunded for the product which you have paid for (excl. P & P). Feel free to contact us by email on (info@sleepexpress.co.uk) in order for us to send you a returns address.

Faulty Goods

If you wish to return an item, which is faulty, which you did not order, or we are at fault, please contact us to inform us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. In order for us to deal with your queries effectively, we do recommend that you email us, however the decision is entirely yours. (p&p will be refunded in full).

In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
