All orders shipped in the UK will be sent via TNT Or Night Freight within 7-10 business days depending on your geographic location. Every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the time scale provided, however SleepExpress will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Nevertheless if the goods are not delivered within the time scale provided please feel free to contact us by telephone or e-mail. We will do our utmost to ensure that goods are received as soon as possible. You may wish to cancel your order and any monies paid will be refunded. Orders will not be shipped on Bank Holidays and National Holidays. Be sure to check all goods before you sign and receive them from courier companies. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer
The cost of delivery is £30. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 8.00pm. All orders require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is there to collect and sign for the delivery.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this. Unwanted Goods: If the goods are returned in its original condition within 3 days of the date the goods are received, monies will be refunded for the product which you have paid for (excl. P & P). Feel free to contact us by email on (info@sleepexpress.co.uk) in order for us to send you a returns address. Faulty Goods: If you wish to return an item, which is faulty, which you did not order, or we are at fault, please contact us to inform us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. In order for us to deal with your queries effectively, we do recommend that you email us, however the decision is entirely yours. (p&p will be refunded in full). In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
Should you have any complaints email us on info@sleepexpress.co.uk. We try our best to deal with this in 10 working days and will keep you informed throughout the process as to what is happening.
