All orders shipped in the UK will be sent via Home delivery specialist within 7-10 business days depending on your geographic location. Every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the time scale provided, however SleepExpress will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Nevertheless if the goods are not delivered within the time scale provided please feel free to contact us by telephone or e-mail. We will do our utmost to ensure that goods are received as soon as possible. You may wish to cancel your order and any monies paid will be refunded. Orders will not be shipped on Bank Holidays and National Holidays. Be sure to check all goods before you sign and receive them from courier companies. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer
FREE delivery on orders over £500. The standard cost of delivery is £30. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 8.00pm. Week end deliveries are avialable on special request and may occur additional charges. All orders require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is there to collect and sign for the delivery.
