Each piece is made with care and ready to land at your door in up to 3 weeks (21 working days). Handmade takes a smidge longer — but it's worth the wait.

If you’ve had a little change of heart, no worries — just let us know within 31 days of delivery if you’d like to return anything.

You’re welcome to bring your items back to our warehouse yourself, or we can arrange a collection for you. If we come and collect, there’s a minimum collection fee of £50, which we’ll simply deduct from your refund.

A quick note: this returns policy doesn’t cover anything made especially for you (like custom sizes or special orders), as these can’t be returned.

Once your item arrives safely back with us, we’ll process your refund within 4 working days and pop the money straight back onto your original payment method.

If anything’s not quite right with the craftsmanship or materials during that time, we’ll happily put things right — no fuss, no faff. Because when it comes to your bed, only perfect will do.
