    You’re welcome to bring your items back to our warehouse yourself, or we can arrange a collection for you. If we come and collect, there’s a minimum collection fee of Β£50, which we’ll simply deduct from your refund.

    A quick note: this returns policy doesn’t cover anything made especially for you (like custom sizes or special orders), as these can’t be returned.

    Once your item arrives safely back with us, we’ll process your refund within 4 working days and pop the money straight back onto your original payment method.
