You will receive Four Packages consisting of the Following Items:
1. Complete Headboard
2. Complete Foot End
3. A Set of Side Rails (Centre Support If Ordering Double, King or Super king Bed)
4. Slats with no storage or if you chose the Solid middle bar Gas lift kit (no bar for 3ft frame ).
5. Black floorboards which come free of charge on availability and it will not cover full floor due to air flow
We use a national courier for some of our deliveries. Some deliveries are also carried out by local private couriers ensuring a quick prompt delivery service.
We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days. However during busy periods you may experience a delay.
e do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Any region above Aberdeen or any other offshore islands.

All deliveries are to the front door of your property (the couriers are not insured to enter private residences in case of a trip/fall or damage to your personal belongings).
If you reside in a block of flats delivery is to the ground floor of the building only.
Please inspect the item before taking delivery.

You’re welcome to bring your items back to our warehouse yourself, or we can arrange a collection for you. If we come and collect, there’s a minimum collection fee of £50, which we’ll simply deduct from your refund.
A quick note: this returns policy doesn’t cover anything made especially for you (like custom sizes or special orders), as these can’t be returned.
Once your item arrives safely back with us, we’ll process your refund within 4 working days and pop the money straight back onto your original payment method.
We want you to sleep easy (quite literally). That’s why every bed we make comes with our Snug-as-a-Bug 5-Year Warranty. If anything’s not quite right with the craftsmanship or materials during that time, we’ll happily put things right — no fuss, no faff. Because when it comes to your bed, only perfect will do.
