If you’ve had a little change of heart, no worries — just let us know within 31 days of delivery if you’d like to return anything.
When you get in touch, we’ll just need a few bits to get things rolling:

model name and size of the item
date you ordered
You’re welcome to bring your items back to our warehouse yourself, or we can arrange a collection for you. If we come and collect, there’s a minimum collection fee of £50, which we’ll simply deduct from your refund.
A quick note: this returns policy doesn’t cover anything made especially for you (like custom sizes or special orders), as these can’t be returned.
Once your item arrives safely back with us, we’ll process your refund within 4 working days and pop the money straight back onto your original payment method.
We want you to sleep easy (quite literally). That’s why every bed we make comes with our Snug-as-a-Bug 5-Year Warranty. If anything’s not quite right with the craftsmanship or materials during that time, we’ll happily put things right — no fuss, no faff. Because when it comes to your bed, only perfect will do.
